So you want to live your best life, or you’ve heard about it on social media. Your best life is made out of great days. But its more than just about days, its about transitions through different stages of your life. Your best day and idea of best life will vary from when you are child to a adult to a senior. More of these concepts are going to be feelings associated with things you do than the actual activity itself. You are constantly going to be changing views and doing a lot of self-reflection. If you want to learn more about that click on the link below. But without further ado, here are 5 things you can do to live your best life.

  1. Learn to forgive

Throughout your life there are going to be many instances you are going to be wronged or hurt. It is important to learn to forgive in instances where forgiving can help re-build important relationships as boundaries. Just because you forgive someone doesn’t mean the pain ends, and you should forget about what happened. Remembering what happens and making sure it doesn’t happen again or the chances of it happening are lower is important for living your best life. It takes a lot of self awareness and understanding on what is going to be the right path forward as we all have different gauges of what we consider acceptable or the context surrounding the situation.

2. Leaning into changes

Change is inevitable in our lives. We don’t stay in any age or physical state forever. We have to accept both the growths and declines in different aspects to work around them. A great example of this is physical strength declining as you age. You can slow this decline through exercise, but it always comes. Things that used to be easy aren’t always as easy as the years go by. This changes comes to all of us and its something we have to get used to. At different stages our priorities may change, and it can seem like we aren’t the person we used to be when we look in the mirror. But the reality is that just as we change and our contexts change, we have to adapt to get the most out of life.
