One of the biggest financial costs will be your car. A car is important both as a mode of transportation and a convenience tool. You can get around without waiting for public transportation and carry more things with you to work and when you are out on the town. Right now there are several car options available to you: gas powered, hybrid, and electric cars. Hybrid gars can be powered by both electricity and gas giving them a lot of versatility. Lets look at the pros and cons to help you determine if a hybrid car is right for you.

First, and foremost the primary benefit of a hybrid car is the efficiency when driving on streets. This fuel efficiency tends to be much higher than other types of vehicles. If you don’t drive on the freeway or highway often this could an efficient way to save money. For the environmentally conscious, the hybrid vehicle is a great way to still feel like you are helping by lowering your carbon emissions. This trend towards environmentalism has drastically increased attention and desire for these types of cars. Driving hybrid or electric cars is often seen as much as a social preference as it an individual choice. When social aspects come into play everything from dating to friendships.
